The SR-Ket60A is a high-voltage (HV) Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery system specifically designed for commercial and industrial (C&I) solar solutions. Featuring a modular, rack-mounted design, it provides massive energy density and high-voltage efficiency, making it the perfect partner for the SRNE 60kW Three-Phase Hybrid Inverter.


Core Engineering Highlights

  • High-Voltage Efficiency: By connecting 12 modules in series, the system reaches a nominal voltage of 614.4V. This high-voltage architecture minimizes energy loss during power conversion and allows for thinner, more cost-effective cabling compared to traditional 48V systems.

  • Modular Scalability: The system starts at 61.4kWh and can be expanded by adding more racks in parallel, allowing businesses to scale their storage from small workshops to large-scale manufacturing plants.

  • Extreme Durability & Safety: Built with LiFePO4 cells—the safest lithium chemistry available. The system includes “Triple Protection” (Positive Relay + Negative Relay + Breaker) to ensure total electrical isolation during a fault.

    1. Advanced Battery Module: SR-HOC05B

    Each of the 12 modules in the stack is a self-contained power unit.

    2. Master Control: SR-PDU100 (Power Distribution Unit)

    The PDU is the “brain” of the stack. It manages the electrical connection between the high-voltage DC bus and the inverter.

    • System Protection: Integrated high-voltage DC contactors and a 125A Circuit Breaker.

    • Pre-charge Circuit: Built-in pre-charge resistor to prevent massive inrush currents when connecting to large inverter capacitor banks.

    • Dual-Communication: * Internal: RS485 for module-to-module synchronization.

    3. Operational Logic & Efficiency

    • Round-Trip Efficiency (RTE): greater than or equal to 95%. Because the voltage is high (614.4V), the current required to move 60kW of power is much lower than a 48V system.

      • Example: To move 60kW at 48V, you need 1,250A. At 600V, you only need 100A. This reduces wire heat and energy loss significantly.

    • Self-Consumption: less than 5w in Sleep Mode / less than 30w in Operating Mode.
